My love for cooking and a culinary tradition rooted in previous generations inspired this project. Over the next eight years, "LAS PANDO" evolved beyond just selling alfajores. We expanded our offerings to include a variety of pastries and began providing catering services for events, turning our passion into a thriving business. A special chapter in the story of "LAS PANDO" took place when our family came together to prepare 300 boxes of alfajores for Carmela’s 15th birthday celebration. This event marked an emotional moment of unity and love between my sister, my mom Paula, and me.
As the years rolled on, I continued to grow the business and expand our catering services. However, at the beginning of 2024, I made the difficult decision to pause the business. I decided to pursue a corporate job, allowing me to further my creative career while still cherishing the memories and lessons from "LAS PANDO". Today, "LAS PANDO" is the culmination of a story filled with travel, love for cooking, and an unwavering dedication to family tradition. Each of our alfajores and pastries tells a part of this narrative, carrying with it the essence of a family striving to share the authenticity of homemade flavors and the warmth of moments shared around the table.
